Abstract
Higher education not only plays a role in imparting specialized knowledge but also serves as a foundation to equip students with essential skills necessary to adapt to the dynamically changing global labor market. Through a survey involving over 100 third-year and above students and quantitative research methods, the research group has highlighted the practicality of Thang Long University's soft skills training for graduating students in aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 4.4 (SDG4.4), thereby bridging the gap between theory and practice. Based on these findings, the research group has proposed several recommendations to enhance the curriculum in order to meet SDG4.4 amidst globalization.
