Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build and test a research model on the relationship of corporate social responsibility (CSR) level of satisfaction, trust and commitment of employees in Vietnamese textile and garment companies. The study used a quantitative approach in which a survey was conducted a large-scale survey with 750 observations at 22 textile and garment companies and then a structural equation modelling (SEM) combination with AMOS were performed to arrive at the findings. A rigorous reliability and validity of the scales was ensured. The research shows that the implementation of CSR has a positive influence on the level of satisfaction, trust and satisfaction, and trust also positively affects the commitment of employees. Since then, it makes recommendations and suggestions for textile and garment companies in Vietnam, and also made some recommendations to the Textile and Garment Industry, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Government in supporting enterprises to implement CSR well for their customers. with workers in textile and garment companies in Vietnam.
