CLINICAL SYMPTOMS OF ALLERGY PERSONS AT BACH MAI HOSPITAL, 2021

Abstract
Objectives: Describe clinical characteristics of allergic patients at Bach Mai hospital in 2021. Methods: A prospective descriptive study was conducted on the sample size of 196
patients aged 15 years and over. Patients diagnosed with at least one of the allergic
diseases have skin lesions. The study was conducted from November 2020 to December 2021 at the Clinical Immunology Center - Bach Mai Hospital. The data was collected from the case records. Results: The most common clinical symtomps are Urticaria -angioedema (49.49%); DRESS syndrome (12.24%); Stevens - Johnson syndrome (11.73%) and Atopic dermatitis (9.69%). Skin manifestations are very divers, of which the most common is itching (60.20%); urticaria (49.49%); erythema (42.86%); vesicles (22.96%); edema
(16.84%); target-shaped rash (15.31%) and bullae (11.73%). The least common ones are maculopapular manifestations on the skin (2.55%) and erythema nodosum (0.51%). The most common mucosal manifestations are conjunctivitis - corneal ulcer (15.31%); genital ulcers (12.24%) and oral ulcers (10.71%). Other common clinical manifestations include
insomnia (41.84%); fever (22.45%); digestive disorders (9.69%); abdominal pain (8.16%) and cough and sputum (6.12%). Some rare manifestations are headache (1.02%); dysuria (1.02%); nausea, vomiting (1.53%).
