SOME ASPECTS OF HISTORICAL ARCHIVES, CIVILIZATION, ARTEFACTS, CULTURE AND PERSPECTIVES FOR OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE POPLE

Abstract
There may be many different reasons for Vietnamese people to migrate abroad, but they are always imbued with Vietnamese historical archive and culture. Their physical body is overseas, but their heart is always directed to the place where they were born and originated. The values of Vietnamese historical archives and culture have penetrated their hearts and minds and they have made many contributions to their homeland. The concepts of historical archives, civilization, artefacts, and culture have an intersection and they have a close dialectical relationship, interacting with each other in such a way that historical archives, which are crystallized, affect civilization, culture in a whole new level. History continues to develop to eventually build up the nation's cultural tradition, creating talents as the national spirit.
